The app
SESHO is a Truth or Dare party game for entertainment. Prompts are for voluntary play in a private group. The app does not host a live service with uptime guarantees. Anyone can Skip. No prompt is required.
Your responsibility
You choose who plays and whether a prompt is suitable for that room, age group, and local law. Do not use the app to harass anyone or to break the law. We do not guarantee that every prompt fits every group.
If you add custom cards, you are responsible for that text. Do not enter content that is illegal or that you do not have the right to use.
Licence
We grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play on your devices for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, or use the prompts, art, or copy outside the app without permission, beyond what the law allows.
Lifetime purchase
Wild and the full library unlock with a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase (app.sesho.tod.lifetime). There is no subscription in the v1 paywall. The price is the live App Store price. Apple processes payment under Apple’s terms.
Restore and refunds
Restore purchase asks the Apple Account for the same product. It works on another device with the same account. In-app purchase refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s rules.
Intellectual property
Prompts, interface copy, and branding belong to the publisher or licensors. Buying the lifetime unlock does not transfer copyright.
Limitation
The app is provided as permitted by law. We are not liable for social consequences of prompts people choose to play, or for lost local data after uninstall — subject to mandatory consumer law (including EU / Polish law where it applies).
Updates
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where the law allows.
